Investors pay no out-of-pocket fees, Constitution Lending only get paid when you get paid. Like all lenders they take a small fee from the borrower’s monthly payment to cover our cost of servicing the loan. They also deduct a small premium from the monthly payment. This allows Constitutional Lending to guarantee investors in all of our loans 6 months of payments so if a borrower defaults we’ve got you covered.

There is a risk rating attached to every loan made on the Constitution platform. Constitution uses bank-level security for our investors' protection. Investor information is encrypted with an AES bit symmetric key, the same as level as the largest commercial banks. Each investor’s connection to Constitution is encrypted over HTTPS with Transport Layer Security (TLS).
