Origin targets neighborhoods across 14 fast-growing U.S. cities: Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, San Antonio and Tampa.
The annual fee charged to investors is 1.25% of net asset value. There is also a 0.5% acquisition fee and a 10% performance fee after a 6% preferred return with a 50/50 catch up.
